Can you buy wit paypal without a current balance?

Hello! im just asking if its possible to buy something on ebay and pay with paypal even if the balance is 0..can paypal just take the money out of my linked bank account?|||Even if your account is 0, you can still buy stuff off eBay. As long as you have another resource of funds. Such as a credit card or your bank account is linked. If that is the case it will charge it to your bank account as a "debit card transaction" but it may take a few days to show up in your account.|||Yes you can still buy things with a zero balance. you have a certain period of time to pay for the item and they usually will transfer the item from your bank account.|||yes.
