Why could the world as a whole not experience a problem of a current account balance of payments deficit?
Why could the world as a whole not experience a problem of a current account balance of payments deficit?|||Because there are both surplus and deficit countries. Without statistical discrepancy, the sum will be zero, but not always. It might be always miscalculation somewhere.|||the whole world could never experience a deficit cus one countryz deficit is another's surplus, so if the uk and china trade and we have a deficit then China is in surplus|||Well, the government is built to budget on a budget deficit! I would focus on building on a surplus! Stop blaming!|||Because no single economy is static and they all work free from each other.
